Stack’s Deli skips the gimmicks and leans into the clichés that count: towering club sandwiches, crisp pickles, housemade sodas, and checkered floors.
Founded by New Yorker and former fine dining chef Kevin Kearney, this modern deli tells the story of the Big Apple’s iconic sandwich culture with care. Meats roasted in-house. Cold cuts sliced to order. Potato bread as light as air. The menu takes a smooth Southern detour with flaky biscuits, buttermilk-glazed sourdough donuts, and sweet tea.
Like its big sister concept, Stack’s Diner, Stack’s Deli proves the classics don’t need reinventing—just homemade ingredients, Southern flair, and a little attitude.
