When was the last time you sipped a mango matcha topped with purple ube foam? At Skina, it’s a daily ritual. On this vibrant corner of Oud-West, dialed-in specialty coffee leaves room for play—tricolor matchas, croissant bread puddings laced with chai, nostalgic house sodas.

After years honing their craft at celebrated spots like Toki and Louf, baristas Lizzy Hassell and Michael Danner set out to create something entirely their own. What emerged was Skina: a vision rendered in red linoleum and stainless steel, a café that is part gallery and part community space.
